Apps
Omaya ships 10 apps: self-contained products built on the platform, each with its own screens, its own data and often its own users. Switch one on and it uses the venues, zones, devices and people you already have.
Your apps in the menu shows what is enabled for your organisation and lets you configure it; Apps marketplace shows everything available. Which of them you can switch on depends on your licence.
Mobile

Mobile App Management — Visitors and contractors, who use it; staff on their feet, who sign in to it; and whoever decides what visitors may see.
Before it is useful: A venue with a drawn floor plan — walls, doors and zones — for the map and directions, floor connections if visitors move between floors, the Facility app if visitors may report problems, and a decision about the visible-zone whitelist, which defaults to every zone.

Toilet Hygiene & Utilization — Cleaning supervisors and the cleaners themselves.
Before it is useful: A zone per washroom mapped to the app, a people counter or presence sensor so the score has visits to work from, and cleaner accounts with tags if you want assignment and tracking. The score colours the board; a rule or the high-traffic trigger turns it into jobs.
Energy Monitoring — Whoever pays the electricity bill.
Before it is useful: A meter onboarded through Sensor Onboarding with its readings mapped to energy_kwh and power_w — the only working route in today. Rules and OAIA read those readings; the app's own screens do not list them yet.
Facility Management — Maintenance teams, whoever plans the maintenance, and the people in the building who report a fault.
Before it is useful: Nothing to start. Tags on the assets you want to locate, a linked device on the ones whose readings you want, and app users for the people who do the work.
Roll Call — Fire wardens, safety officers, and whoever signs off the drill.
Before it is useful: Tags on people — bound to person entities so the board shows names, or at least labelled staff — and a zone with gateway coverage at the assembly point.
Compliance Reports — Whoever has to prove a standard was met — air quality, cold chain, noise exposure or an ESG disclosure.
Before it is useful: Sensors already reporting whatever the standard measures. The standards themselves ship as a catalogue of twenty-five, so you pick one and point a profile at your spaces rather than transcribing a regulation.
Security Watch — Guards on shift, and whoever reviews what happened overnight.
Before it is useful: Zones marked as monitored in its settings, operating hours on the venue so "after hours" means something, and tags on the people who are meant to be there. Off until the master switch is on.

Workplace

Visitor Management — Reception and guards at the desk, each host company's approvers and hosts, and whoever runs the building.
Before it is useful: At least one host company under Your Apps → Visitor, app users for the people at the desk and the approvers (added to their company with a role), and spare tags at reception if visitors are to be locatable.
Workspace

Meeting Room — Anyone who books a room, plus whoever owns the room calendar.
Before it is useful: A zone for each room with a capacity set, and ideally something that counts people in it. A calendar connection if you book in Google or Microsoft rather than in Omaya.
